When changing the scheduler a password window pops up when finishing. Remove the need to passord protect or at least give the optiion not to include a password

Everytime I tried to change the scheduler and not include a password i'd get an error message. i.e. An error has occurred while attempting to set task account information. The specific error is 0x8007052e: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

Oddly, you could still change the scheduler despite the password error message.
